David and Lisa Mann are the husband-and-wife team behind LittleFish Industries, LLC, bringing together over three decades of combined experience in industrial maintenance, quality assurance, and manufacturing operations.
LittleFish Industries was born from a mix of personal meaning and professional purpose.
The name LittleFish started as a nickname. While Lisa was working with a colleague from Mexico, the woman mentioned that “Lisa” in Spanish sounded like Little Fish. When Lisa told David the story, he thought it was the sweetest thing and started calling her that, it stuck—and over time, it came to represent something more: something personal, unique, and rooted in love and partnership.
Together, they founded LittleFish Industries with a shared mission: to provide reliable, high-quality technical services that help manufacturers reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and build stronger maintenance teams. Their approach is rooted in integrity, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Our history
David Mann is a U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned Senior Field Service Engineer with expertise in heavy equipment installation, CNC and robotic systems, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and safety program development. His hands-on experience in precision machinery and leadership in the field have made him a trusted name in industrial service and support.
Lisa Mann is a skilled Quality Engineer with a strong background in ISO compliance, process auditing, and customer relations. With extensive experience managing quality systems across multiple manufacturing environments, Lisa ensures that every project meets the highest standards of performance and accountability.
